Terms and Conditions



Deposits – All deposits are NON-Refundable

Remaining Balance – Any remaining balance is due within 7 days of the completion of your trailer.

Estimates/Quotes – Your trailer will be built as specified in your estimate/quote. You MUST read your estimate/quote and make sure that it is exactly how you want your trailer built.

The following listed items are the binding terms of agreement & conditions between Georgia Made Trailers & you the customer.

By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms. No employee has the ability or right to alter these terms.



Your trailer comes with a minimum 1 year factory limited warranty. All warranties are with the manufacturer of the trailer or specific component or accessory. Georgia Made Trailers does not warrant any trailer, product, or component. You will be provided with any warranty documentation that comes with the product you are purchasing at the time of sale.



All deposits are NON- Refundable.

A deposit of $100.00 or up to 50% is required, whichever is established at time of sale. This deposit may be given in the form of a credit card, debit card, personal check, cashier’s check, money order or cash to place the order for your trailer & begin the building process. The maximum amount Georgia Made Trailers will allow to be paid via credit card or debit card for any non-face to face payment is $500 per trailer, however a credit card authorization & copy of drivers license is required.


Change Orders

Be sure that your estimate accurately reflects how you want your trailer to be built! Any changes after your order has been submitted for production will incur a $100 fee in addition to any additional costs associated with the requested changes to your order.



Occasionally the manufacturer may substitute a part that is normally used in our trailer builds due to stock levels or availability.  They may also elect to add Aluminum Tread Plate (ATP) stone guard around the bottom of trailers ordered with extra height at no extra cost.  This is due to the availability of the extra length panels.  If this is NOT acceptable, please advise your sales rep. This could delay your production.



Any cancellation after your order has been submitted for production will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.



Georgia Made Trailers does NOT provide shipping.

You may have your trailer shipped to you by contracting a shipping carrier on your own. We will work with your carrier to arrange an appointment for them to pick up your trailer. Prior to shipping your trailer, any remaining balance due on your purchase must be paid by wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order, and, all paperwork associated with your trailer must be completed and signed.

Factory Pick Ups

DO NOT go to the factory without an appointment issued by factory personnel. If you don’t have an appointment issued by the factory representative, you may arrive to find your trailer is NOT ready! In addition to payment of any due balance for this purchase, you, or your agent, will be required to provide a copy of their driver’s license, and a copy of the valid insurance card for the vehicle used to tow your trailer off the lot. You or your agent will also be required to sign an acceptance agreement indicating that you have inspected the trailer, and a warranty document acknowledging the factory warranty. In the event that there are issues with your trailer, speak with your sales agent or the factory representative to resolve any issues. Do not accept the trailer if you are not happy with the trailer or the resolution to any particular issue. If you are not going to pick up the trailer yourself, then you are authorizing the person you have allowed to accept the trailer in your place to make these decisions and you are bound to all the same conditions as if you were there.


Forms of Payment

  1. Cash
  2. Checks – Business, Personal, Cashiers’ (proper id required, all checks made out to “Georgia Made Trailers”)
  3. Visa or MasterCard – (credit or debit 3% fee will apply, 5% for AMEX or Discover)
  4. Wire Transfer – Routing information available on request ($15 Fee will apply)

Factory Payments

Payments for any balance due at the factory must be in CASH or CASHIER’S CHECK ONLY!



Upon payment in full, Georgia Made Trailers will provide you with a paid invoice, warranty paperwork, & an MSO (manufacturer’s statement of origin). Canadian customers will be provided a letter required by Canada stating that there are no recalls on the trailer.



Pictures of trailers & items on the website are for pictorial representation only; however individual products or design may change over time. If you want something specific, make sure the salesman gives you it in writing on an estimate & it clearly describes what you’re requiring. Although we try to represent the colors accurately, all computer monitors show slight variations in color & we cannot guarantee specific shades or tones based off what you saw on a website. We try to have all the most updated and accurate information on the website; however we are not responsible for typographical errors or wrongly posted pictures. If you are concerned about what you will receive, please speak to your sales consultant.

Returns / Refunds

Georgia Made Trailers has a strict No Returns / No Refunds Policy.

Failure to Pick Up Your Trailer or Make Final Payment

Final Payment on your purchase is due within 7 days of completion of your trailer at the factory. Storage charges of $15 per day may be assessed for each day after the first 7 days. After 30 days, if payment in FULL has not been made, your order will be considered abandoned, your deposit will be forfeit, and any product associated with your order will be sold.
